Heidelberg Materials is recruiting an experienced Journeyman Electrician for our quarry and plant operations in Alberta. You will perform electrical maintenance, install and upgrade control systems, and troubleshoot motors and instrumentation to keep production running safely and efficiently.

The role requires strong safety awareness, teamwork, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities in a heavy industrial environment.

Qualificações

• Journeyman Electrician certification with strong industrial electrical capability.

What You'll Be Doing

• Perform electrical maintenance and troubleshooting on quarry equipment and plant systems

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination and background check.
• Applicants must be 18 years of age or older to apply. Verification of age will be required as a condition of employment.

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
• Work may include time spent in an underground quarry environment with confined spaces, low-light conditions, uneven terrain, and the need to follow strict underground safety protocols.
