Due to growth/expansion, our Maintenance Department is looking for *JOURNEYMAN/JOURNEYWOMAN ELECTRICIAN *to join the team.

• Shift Work (Day, Afternoon, Night)
• Shift premium (afternoon and night)

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Journeyman Electrician RED Seal
• Experience in industrial maintenance, distribution or automated plant operations considered an asset.
• Ability to lift 50-70 pounds, climb ladders, work at heights and see clearly at 35 feet or more.
• Read and interpret mechanical and electrical schematic diagrams.
• Correct use of maintenance tools and machine shop equipment
• High degree of electrical trouble shooting skills and an understanding of safe practices within electrical code.
• Good computer skills and familiar with maintenance management programs
• Good communicator on the phone when dealing with technical support.
• Knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety regulations and emergency procedures
• Valid Arial Work Platform Safety Training certificate considered an asset.
• Valid Fall Protection certificate valid Forklift certificate considered an asset.
