Job summary

Bombardier in Dorval, QC, is seeking an Engineering Technologist- Electrical Systems, Technical Support to provide technical support for Challenger aircraft electrical systems and to address in-service issues.

You will coordinate inquiries, monitor fleet reliability, and prepare technical communications while collaborating with Engineering and Program Management. Proficiency in MS Office and fluency in English and French are required; occasional travel and on-call duties apply.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of aircraft electrical systems and related technologies.
• Five years of aviation experience is required.
• Experience with Challenger aircraft platforms is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for Challenger 3XX and 6XX aircraft electrical systems.
• Coordinate technical inquiries and support requests with fleet operators and internal teams.
• Monitor fleet reliability and implement corrective actions; develop technical communications.
