Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of project management or project engineering experience.
• Proven track record delivering electrical projects on schedule and within budget.
• Familiarity with MS Project or similar PM software.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, installation practices and QC.
• Excellent leadership, communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of electrical projects, including planning, design, procurement, installation, and commissioning.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress closely.
• Coordinate with design teams to ensure that electrical designs meet project requirements and specifications.
• Oversee the selection and procurement of electrical equipment and materials.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant South African building codes, electrical standards, and safety regulations.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors, providing regular project updates and resolving issues promptly.
