Kibbi recherche un mécanicien/électricien industriel à permanent pour intervenir sur des moteurs et matériel électromécanique au Québec. Le poste requiert l’analyse de plans, le dépannage et la réparation sur site, avec un travail d’installation et de rééquilibrage.

EDUCATION

• * Other trades certificate or diploma

TASKS

• * Read blueprints to determine work requirements
• * Test and observe electrical and mechanical conditions of equipment
• * Troubleshoot and repair electric motors, transformers, switchgear, generatorsand other electro-mechanical equipment
• * Use machining tools to fabricate or recondition parts
• * Weld or braze components
• * Wind, assemble and install various types of coils
• * Perform static or dynamic balancing of armatures or rotors
• * Perform some machining to recondition or modify shafts, commutators or otherparts
• * Perform on-site servicing and repair
• * Test and repair or replace faulty wiring or components in electricalswitchgear
• * Test repaired motors, transformers, switchgear or other electrical apparatusto ensure proper performance
• * Assist in preparing design, drawings and specifications
• * Test electrical, electronic and instrument components
