AVL Manufacturing Inc. in Hamilton, Ontario seeks an Electrical Manufacturing Engineer to bridge the gap between Engineering and Operations, assist in FAT/EQT testing, and drive improvements in efficiency, quality, and process control throughout the production cycle.
Responsibilities include interpreting design models for shop floor execution, developing engineering solutions, implementing ECRs, and supporting root-cause analysis with QA to enhance assembly processes.
Salary Range: $70,000.00 To $95,000.00 Annually

The Electrical Manufacturing Engineer's primary function is to bridge the gap between Engineering and Operations, assist/oversee all larger FAT/EQT product testing, and provide support to improve the overall efficiency and quality of the product and production cycle.
