Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience leading skilled trades in unionized heavy industrial or 24/7 manufacturing environments.
• Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, PLCs, automation, controls and electrical equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics and technical documentation.
• Hands-on, decisive leadership and collaboration with Production and Maintenance teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical equipment and systems.
• Lead continuous improvement and root-cause analysis initiatives.
• Coordinate daily maintenance activities and assign team responsibilities.
• Support Production with maintenance priorities in a demanding heavy-industrial setting.
