Job summary

Autism Services in Saskatoon is seeking an electrical/mechanical field engineer to design, inspect, commission, test, maintain and repair power and control systems for industrial and utility clients.

You will read drawings, support clients, write proposals and reports, travel as needed, and oversee small projects. A technical diploma or degree with professional affiliation is required, plus a valid driver's license and the ability to pass fitness and drug tests.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in a technical field (electrical or mechanical) enabling professional affiliations.
• Specialized expertise in a particular area of your field of practice.
• Time management and organizational skills to balance field and office work commitments.
• Willing to travel and work extensive hours to maintain strict timelines.
• Solid understanding of the business and client environment.
• Physically fit to lift and move heavy items up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver's license.
• Physical fitness test and drug and alcohol test will be required.
