Worley in Canada is seeking an Electrical Engineer to join our Calgary team. You will deliver electrical engineering services for projects across energy, chemicals and resources, ensuring quality and adherence to budget and schedule.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering, with a Professional Engineer designation (APEGA or EGBC). You will work with cross-functional teams, stay current with standards, and support procurement, construction and commissioning activities.

Qualifications

• Solid technical and practical engineering skills with ability to deliver quality work.
• Knowledge of electrical engineering fundamentals and cross-disciplinary basics.
• Familiarity with local and international standards and regulatory specs.
• Proficiency with electrical engineering software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Deliver electrical engineering services on time and within budget.
• Identify changes to project scope and assist with proposals, estimates, budgets and schedules.
• Support procurement, construction and commissioning activities and write requisitions and purchase orders.
• Contribute to studies, analyses and recommended actions.
• Prepare detailed designs, drawings, specifications, data, calculations and reports.
• Keep up-to-date with developments in electrical engineering.
• Communicate with the team and stakeholders, including the customer.
• Identify issues and develop solutions.
