Job summary

Tetra Tech is hiring an Electrical Engineer-in-Training (EIT) to join our Electrical team in Vancouver, BC. The role focuses on contributing to design concepts, sizing electrical equipment, and performing technical surveys.

New grads are welcome; registration with EGBC or eligibility is preferred. The position supports a hybrid hybrid culture with opportunities to work in-office in downtown Vancouver and remotely as project needs allow.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Contributing to the concept, development and design of components, subsystems or processes.
• Sizing and specification of electrical equipment.
• Perform routine technical surveys.
• Help ensure project schedules and budgets are maintained and adhered to.
• Work closely with other disciplines and share knowledge with colleagues and clients.
• Adhere to internal procedures, legislation and industry standards.
