The Person We're Looking For

Technical ability is important, but we are equally interested in finding someone with a practical industrial mindset .

Our ideal engineer is comfortable walking into an operating plant, understanding the customer's problem, gathering the required field information and developing a solution that can actually be constructed.

You should be equally comfortable discussing a design with a plant manager, reviewing a single-line diagram with a customer, troubleshooting a VFD with an electrician or working with a programmer during commissioning.

Safe. Code-compliant. Practical. Constructible. Maintainable. Cost-effective.

This position has the potential to grow beyond individual project engineering.

  • Design procedures
  • Drawing and documentation standards
  • Technical quality control
  • Mentoring junior engineering and technical staff
