Job summary

A leading engineering solutions provider is seeking an Electrical Designer/Engineer in Toronto, Ontario to prepare detailed electrical drawings and layouts using AutoCAD. Successful candidates will have a diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering Technology and at least 3 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in AutoCAD for electrical design is required, as well as a strong understanding of electrical construction documentation. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on various electrical design projects.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in electrical design within an engineering consulting or AEC environment.
• Strong understanding of electrical construction documentation and coordination.
• P.Eng is a must have for all Electrical Engineers.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed electrical drawings and layouts using AutoCAD.
• Assist with load calculations, panel schedules, risers, and single-line diagrams.
• Support engineers during tendering and construction phases.
