Qualifications

• Proficiency with photometrics, load calculations, and duct sizing.
• Ability to design and calculate building systems to code and standards.
• Strong communication and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Perform discipline-specific engineering calculations and equipment selections.
• Design layouts for building systems on small to medium projects.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and suppliers across project phases.
• Use BIM tools to support system design, coordination, and documentation.
• Support construction administration and site activities, including shop drawings and site reviews.
• Maintain quality standards by completing and reviewing checklists and documentation.
• Review and guide junior team members, contributing to project delivery.
