Job summary

EBC Inc. in Campbell River, BC, seeks a Project Engineer — Electrical & Controls for the Ladore seismic upgrade.

You own the electrical, controls, HVAC, fire protection and diesel generator scopes for five new buildings and a complete distribution system, coordinating with the Owner’s team and subcontractors. Reporting to the Project Director, you will manage subcontracts, submittals, RFIs, commissioning and decommissioning, and drive testing (FAT/SAT).

Qualifications

• Eligible for P.Eng with EGBC or EIT credential.
• Experience managing electrical subcontractors and subcontracts.
• Knowledge of scheduling tools and document control platforms.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate the electrical subcontractor and sub-subcontractors.
• Manage the electrical subcontract: payments, progress, and credit rules.
• Oversee submittals, shop drawings, ITPs, and O&M manuals.
