Job summary

CBCL Limited is seeking a Group Lead, Electrical Buildings – NB to guide a team of electrical engineers and technologists in NB. The role involves leading design, coordination, and delivery across commercial, institutional, and industrial projects, with opportunities to work from Moncton, Saint John, or Fredericton.

You will contribute to client relationships, proposals, and project delivery while promoting innovation and quality in electrical building systems design.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or diploma in Electrical Engineering Technology.
• Registration or eligibility for registration with a provincial engineering/technical association.
• 10+ years of electrical buildings design experience with leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor electrical engineers and technologists; plan workload and develop the team.
• Guide design, analysis, and coordination of electrical building systems for diverse projects.
• Support business development and client relationships; contribute to proposals and client credibility.
