Job summary

CIMA+ is seeking an Intermediate Electrical Technologist to join our Buildings team in Edmonton. You will contribute to the design and delivery of electrical systems for a wide range of building projects across Alberta, collaborating with engineers and technologists to deliver high-quality solutions.

This role features a balance of technical design, project coordination, and field engagement, including site visits.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience using Revit and AutoCAD for building design.
• Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written).
• Willingness to travel to sites for reviews and inspections.

Responsibilities

• Design, modeling, and drafting of lighting, power, and communication systems.
• Coordinate design with engineers and other disciplines.
• Conduct site reviews and support construction activities across Alberta.
• Engage with clients to understand project needs and build relationships.
