Randstad Canada is seeking an Electrical Assembler for a global leader in next-generation HVAC systems in Dorval. This temporary role offers a stable evening shift and potential permanence after probation, with a competitive hourly wage and premium for evenings.

The ideal candidate will interpret schematics, perform wiring of control and power panels, and contribute to quality manufacturing of top-tier equipment while maintaining safety standards and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and drawings.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willing to work at heights and in a dynamic industrial setting.
• Strictly follow PPE and safety standards.
• Dexterity to use precision assembly tools.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electrical products per established specifications.
• Interpret electrical schematics to mount control and power panels.
• Use hand and power tools for internal and external wiring of assemblies.
• Troubleshoot and repair units to fix malfunctions before packaging.
• Handle heavy-gauge cables (2 AWG to 4/0 AWG DLO) per requirements.
• Prepare components to ensure smooth production workflow.
