Job summary

Owens Corning Doors - Yarrow in Chilliwack, BC is seeking an Environmental, Health and Safety Lead (Manager) to join the Safety Department and Leadership Team at our high-volume interior door facility. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in EH&S or related field.
• 5+ years of experience leading EHS in an industrial manufacturing setting.
• ASP or CSP certification preferred.
• OSHA 500 series training preferred.
• Experience implementing EHS programs and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and evaluation of SIF and safety programs.
• Identify hazards and implement controls to ensure a safe environment.
• Investigate EHS incidents and determine root causes.
• Provide EHS training, awareness programs, and audits.
• Coach and guide site employees on safety and environmental stewardship.
• Collaborate with leadership to build a world-class EHS culture.
• Maintain EHS documentation and reporting.
