The role is hybrid with business hours Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, offering data reconciliation, discrepancy remediation, and process improvement opportunities. The candidate will review regulatory data, act as SME for EFTR, and collaborate across teams to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with AML standards.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma required.
  • 2-4 years of SLA adherence, accuracy & productivity metrics.
  • 1.5+ years of progressive experience in FINTRAC EFTR regulatory reporting.
  • Prior experience within a corporate or financial services environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

  • Perform independent reviews of EFTR data discrepancy and data incompleteness; remediate EFTR records and validate data accuracy.
  • Act as a key operational SME for EFTR regulatory reporting; provide technical guidance and process support within AML Operations.
  • Support design, enhancement, and implementation of workflows and system changes to strengthen compliance and efficiency.
  • Execute EFTR reporting and remediation activities in line with regulatory requirements and defined controls.
  • Identify, assess, and escalate operational issues, data quality gaps, or control weaknesses to drive resolution.
  • Provide guidance and coaching on EFTR processes, tools, and regulatory expectations.
