New Insights Counselling in Midtown Toronto seeks an experienced Registered Psychotherapist (RP) or Registered Social Worker (RSW) to join as an independent contractor. The role focuses on in-person therapy with couples, families, and adults, with occasional online sessions.

Flexible scheduling of 15–30 hours per week is offered, plus the opportunity for monthly supervision and collaboration with a supportive clinical team.

Qualificações

• Registration in good standing with CRPO or OCSWSSW.
• EFCT Extern and/or Core Skills training completed.
• 1–5 years of direct clinical experience.

We’re looking for an experienced, compassionate, and skilled Registered Psychotherapist (RP) or Registered Social Worker (RSW) to join our growing team as an independent contractor!

About the Role

• Work with couples, families, and adult individual clients.
• Provide primarily in-person therapy, with occasional online sessions.
• Enjoy flexible scheduling of 15–30 hours per week.
• Receive the opportunity for monthly supervision.
• Collaborate with a supportive team of professionals committed to clinical excellence and ongoing growth.

Who We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

• Registration in good standing with the CRPO or OCSWSSW.
• At least 1-5 years of direct clinical experience.
• Completed EFCT Extern and/or Core Skills training.
• Experience working with couples, families, and/or adults; experience with youth is an asset.
• Strong clinical judgment, professional integrity, and the ability to work independently.
• A genuine passion for helping people heal, grow, and thrive in their relationships.
• A commitment to ongoing learning, accountability, and delivering exceptional client care.
• Hours: 15–30 hours per week, including two weekday evening blocks or one weekday evening block and one weekend block
• Compensation: 65% of client fees to the therapist / 35% to New Insights Counselling
