We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee daily office operations, support business functions, and contribute to the overall efficiency of our dealership.

Position Overview :

As the Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our administrative and operational functions. You will be responsible for managing office procedures, coordinating with various departments, and maintaining efficient workflow processes.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring a well-organized and productive work environment.
  • Manage administrative functions, including document management, reporting, and compliance.
  • Coordinate office procedures, supporting finance, HR, and operational teams as needed.
  • Supervise and mentor administrative staff to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Maintain accurate records of financial transactions, invoices, and payroll processing.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and workplace safety standards.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships to support smooth operations.
  • Assist in coordinating meetings, training sessions, and internal communications.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by handling inquiries and supporting clients professionally.
  • Work closely with senior management to streamline processes and improve business efficiency.

Requirements :

  • Previous experience in office management, administration, or a similar role (automotive industry experience is advantageous but not mandatory).
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and administrative software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in financial administration, payroll processing, or bookkeeping is desirable.
