Best Health Physio is a thriving, physiotherapist-owned clinic located in Kingston. We are dedicated to delivering high-quality patient care in a supportive and welcoming environment. Our team includes physiotherapists, massage therapists, and clinic support staff.We have a strong focus on professional development and mentoring. We are particularly interested in candidates who have or want to develop skills in areas such as Vestibular Rehab, Post-Concussion Care, Pelvic Health, Osteoporosis, and Acupuncture.

We are an experienced team of Physiotherapists and Massage Therapists with varied skill sets and clinical interests. Our common goal is to provide excellence in patient-centered care. Best Health Physiotherapy is a busy, easily accessible clinic that has a lot to offer to interested applicants:

·Collaborative and supportive work environment with regular professional in-service initiatives (e.g.regular ‘lunch and learn’ activities).

·Education allowance to support post graduate knowledge and skill acquisition.

·Ongoing mentoring with experienced Physiotherapists who have decades (30+ years each) of outpatient expertise and multiple clinical skill sets.

·Modern, well-equipped clinic - 10 spacious, private treatment rooms, a wide array of treatment modalities, a well-equipped rehab gym, and a bright, well maintained, open and welcoming work space.

·Experienced and full-time administrative staff for booking, billing and general clinic support

·Clientele include mainly private pay patients, Veterans Affairs and MVAs.

·Highly competitive income.Therapists are paid on fee for service basis; fees are commensurate with experience.

·New grads will be provided with ample time for assessments and follow-up visits.

·Collaborate/communicate with other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated and optimized patient care.

·Engage in continuous learning and professional development to enhance clinical skills.

·Actively promote healthy lifestyle changes and educate patients about injury prevention.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

·Must be licensed by the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario.

·Professional liability insurance coverage is required.

·Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with patients.

·A motivated and friendly demeanor, with a commitment to lifelong learning.

·Open to learning multiple treatment approaches to providing optimal, successful patient care.

·Interest in developing expertise in specialized areas such as Vestibular Rehab, Pelvic Health, etc.
