Join Our Team as a PHYT-Physiotherapist at Lifemark Health Group

We are excited to offer a full-time Physiotherapist ADP Authorized position at Lifemark Seniors Wellness, located in Kingston, ON. This role starts immediately and involves 40 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform clinical assessments and develop treatment plans for clients
• Continuously evaluate client progress
• Administer and gather outcome measurement data
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives
• Communicate with referral sources and stakeholders
• Engage in ongoing learning and skills development
• Contribute to a positive patient experience and enjoy your work

Qualifications:

• Registered with the Provincial College of Physiotherapists
• Graduate of a recognized university physiotherapy program
• ADP authorization is an asset
• Valid Vulnerable Sector screening (within 6 months)
• Proof of Tuberculin (2-Step Mantoux Test) clearance
