Job description

We have partnered with a rapidly growing AI SaaS startup based in Toronto that is looking to hire a BD Manager for their team. With the recent launch of their newest product, they have developed an AI sales intelligence tool set to revolutionize the MedTech industry by providing sales and marketing professionals with real-time actionable insights to make data-driven business decisions. The company is on an exciting growth journey and is eager to find gritty and passionate individuals seeking the opportunity to experience firsthand how to grow a brand from early launch days to market maturity.

The Role :
  1. Attain monthly new sales pipeline goals through online outbound prospecting, well-researched calls, conference trips, and email prospecting.
  2. Achieve monthly new logo MRR (Monthly Recurring Revenue) targets for closed business, from inbound or outbound account lists owned or generated by you.
  3. Grow the Monster Prospect List (MPL) by uncovering new prospective accounts to add to Salesforce CRM.
  4. Move sales opportunities through the pipeline to close/win within Salesforce CRM and Hubspot.
  5. Identify new and creative access routes into prospective companies.
  6. Prospect into service provider companies that sell to MedTech OEMs.
  7. Conduct demo calls, trial onboarding calls, trial debriefs, and contract negotiations.
  8. Research MedTech CROs, CDMOs, design & engineering firms, regulatory firms, eClinical, and eQMS.
  9. Gather product feedback to enhance revenue and user retention.
The Requirements :
  1. Experience in full-cycle SaaS sales.
  2. Proven success in well-researched prospecting.
  3. Experience closing deals ranging from 2 weeks to 4 months.
  4. Experience selling complex solutions.
  5. Consultative and solution selling background.
  6. B2B selling experience.
