Regional Hotel Sales Executive – Evergreen Hospitality Group - Victoria or Mid-Island based
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Hotel Sales Executive to join our Vancouver Island sales team. This is potentially a full-funnel role where you will take ownership of the entire sales cycle—from prospecting new clients to closing deals for our properties. You will work closely with the Regional Sales Manager to implement strategic plans that target corporate, group, and leisure business segments to maximize room sales, meetings, and events revenue across your region.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving direct sales, building strong relationships with clients, and achieving aggressive revenue targets. Evergreen Hospitality Group is a rapidly growing leader in BC’s tourism sector with hotels, resorts, motels and tourism properties across the province.Vancouver Island is the most concentrated region within the portfolio, comprised of 11+ properties located in Greater Victoria, Nanaimo, Parksville, Ucluelet, Courtenay & Campbell River.This role will have a primary focus on the mid-island region and the ideal candidate should see travel as an exciting part of the role, as the team works in-market as required.
A typical schedule for this role is 9-5, Monday through Friday, with the expectation that a self-driven team member is consistently available for their key clientele.The primary office location may be either Victoria or Parksville/Nanaimo with the understanding that as a regional representative, travel to other areas of Vancouver Island will be required.Hybrid work opportunities will be available based on coordination with the Regional Sales Manager & a track record of consistent results.
