What are we looking for?

We’re seeking a talented and self-driven Community & Marketing Specialist to join our team.

This role primarily focuses on community operations — including user engagement, content coordination, and trend monitoring on platforms like Reddit, Discord, and Twitter.

You don’t need to be a designer, but you must understand design workflows and feel comfortable using tools like Figma or Photoshop to optimize interactive content and contribute to user research supporting both product and marketing efforts.

Most importantly, you should have a strong sense of online culture, user behavior, and a genuine passion for digital communities.

Requirements and Skills :

• 2–3 years of experience in digital community management, user research, or business development. Familiarity with online platforms such as Discord, Reddit, X (Twitter), Telegram, or similar.
• Business Development & Community Expansion :
• Identify and reach out to potential partners, communities, or influencers to expand our product presence locally and online.
• Develop and execute outreach strategies tailored to specific market segments (especially in digital or creator communities).
• Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored materials or co-marketing content for business outreach.
• Monitor trends and cultural conversations to identify timely collaboration opportunities.
• Represent the brand in online conversations and support strategic community growth across platforms like Discord, Reddit, X (Twitter), and others.
