What are we looking for?
We’re seeking a talented and self-driven Community & Marketing Specialist to join our team.
This role primarily focuses on community operations — including user engagement, content coordination, and trend monitoring on platforms like Reddit, Discord, and Twitter.
You don’t need to be a designer, but you must understand design workflows and feel comfortable using tools like Figma or Photoshop to optimize interactive content and contribute to user research supporting both product and marketing efforts.
Most importantly, you should have a strong sense of online culture, user behavior, and a genuine passion for digital communities.
