Job description

Are you a proactive, detail-oriented professional looking for a dynamic hybrid role? My client is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the Board of Directors. In this role, you’ll manage schedules, coordinate travel, handle confidential correspondence, and act as a key extension of the executive team’s day-to-day operations. This is a temporary, part-time position (3 days per week) for approximately 6-9 months, offering flexibility and a chance to work closely with senior leadership.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing executive calendars, scheduling meetings, and prioritizing key tasks.
  • Coordinating travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
  • Handling email and phone correspondence, screening inquiries, and directing communication.
  • Drafting and preparing reports, presentations, and key documents.
  • Organizing board meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and tracking action items.
  • Processing executive expenses and overseeing office administration tasks.

About You

  • Be able to do the job as described.
  • Strong corporate governance expertise.
  • Excellent communication and discretion in handling confidential information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ZOHO.
  • Highly organized with strong time management skills.
