Job Description : Job Summary :

The Project Manager of Client Services will serve as a leader in successfully managing assigned client relationships through effective project management coordination and execution. Successful candidates must have team leadership and professional experience in the electronic discovery industry to manage multiple projects and client relationships in a fast-paced environment.

• Serve as the primary liaison with key client representatives to own the service delivery relationship;
• Drive overall client satisfaction through effective coordination and communication of deliverables;
• Execute project forecasts and work schedules as directed by senior management;
• Ensure client and project requirements are met with high quality and accuracy through verification and communication;
• Maintain proactive communication with clients, addressing issues or escalating them when necessary;
• Keep up-to-date records on project statuses;
• Demonstrate leadership to both clients and internal teams, delivering projects professionally and with high quality;
• Serve as a primary public face of Epiq’s high-quality service delivery, instilling confidence in clients.

Required Qualifications & Characteristics

• Understanding of eDiscovery and litigation support, typically from at least 2 years in project management roles within law firms, corporate legal departments, or eDiscovery service providers;
• Proven success in managing multiple projects simultaneously;
• Strong oral and written communication skills, demonstrating confident leadership;
• Excellent client relationship skills, including managing expectations and adapting capabilities to meet needs;
• Solid understanding of database design, data processing, and legal document review requirements;
• Ability to control all aspects of projects from planning to final delivery, develop project plans, balance client needs, build relationships, and review financials to meet deadlines.

The compensation range for this role is $100,000.00 to $130,000.00 CAD annually, with potential eligibility for an annual bonus.
