Wajax Limited seeks a Service Operations Manager in Moncton to drive aftermarket revenues and ensure operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have a Journeyman Heavy Equipment Technician certification and at least 5 years of management experience in service operations. This role involves managing personnel, resolving issues, and executing company initiatives to maximize efficiencies.
Accountable / responsible for a high standard of quality customer service; ensuring consistent application and administration of the company’s service operations business.
Knowledge: Experience working with budgets and financial management.
Proficiency: Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
