Job description

Accountable / responsible for a high standard of quality customer service; ensuring consistent application and administration of the company’s service operations business.

The Role

1. Responsible for day-to-day support for the Service and Parts business, driving aftermarket revenues.
2. Execute company initiatives that contribute to long-term operational excellence and maximize efficiencies, including service and parts operations at the branch.
3. Identify issues and work with employees to resolve them in a timely manner, focusing on communication and problem solving.
4. Manage personnel performance, safety, training, customer service, branch leadership, and P & L responsibility.

The Candidate

• Education: Journeyman Heavy Equipment Technician, Millwright, or similar certification is an asset.
• Work Experience: Minimum 5 years related experience in management within service of rotating equipment, parts, supply chain, or product support operations.

Knowledge: Experience working with budgets and financial management.

Proficiency: Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
