A Mid-Size firm in BC is looking to add an experienced Solicitor with a passion for law, networking, and helping clients to our team. This full-time position is based in our Abbotsford / Chilliwack / Langley office.

Responsibilities include:

1. Managing transactions such as:
2. Real estate transactions
3. Leasing and borrowing
4. Drafting various agreements including purchase agreements, shareholders' agreements, partnership agreements, joint venture agreements, franchise agreements, and commercial lease agreements.
5. Wills & estate planning
6. Buying and selling businesses and more

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience as a Solicitor
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-centered approach
• A highly organized work ethic
• A sense of humor and a commitment to market yourself and the firm through various networking opportunities
