Salary Range : $80,000 to $210,000 annually

Role Overview :
Associate Attorneys are responsible for managing the legal defense of workers' compensation cases from start to finish, including all discovery and litigation phases. The role involves close collaboration with insurance companies, employers, and third-party administrators.
Key Qualifications :
Juris Doctor degree and an undergraduate degree.
Active membership in the State Bar of California.
Exceptional skills in research, analysis, and negotiation.
Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
Strong commitment to proactive case management.
