Job Summary :
The Service Technician reports to the Service Manager / Supervisor and is responsible for ensuring that all parking equipment is maintained within contract guidelines.

Job Responsibilities / Duties :
- Have experience with electrical and electronic equipment.
- Work flexible hours as needed, including on call.
- Maintain stock levels of supplies, such as ticket rolls and other consumables.
- Keep the vehicle clean and stocked with parts for each shift.
- Work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Accurately fill out SWO forms, ensuring correct part numbers are used.
- Have strong computer skills and the ability to learn new access control applications.
- Adhere to the company’s uniform policy.
- Lift equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Be self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Use power tools safely and effectively.
- Prepare incident and accident reports as required.
- Hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving abstract.
- Provide feedback to the Manager / Supervisor regarding potential customer issues found on-site.
- Perform maintenance on equipment to ensure continuous customer operations and satisfaction.
- Resolve issues to the customer’s satisfaction, in accordance with Service Level Agreements.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
