Salary Range (plus eligible to receive a performance-based incentive, applicable to position):

90,710 - $122,726. Business planning expertise rewarded!

Our Business Advisors support and strengthen farm and food operations through business coaching and facilitation in areas of transition, strategic decision making, and financial analysis.

What you’ll do:

1. Regularly meet with farm and food businesses to understand their needs, review business plans, financial positions, coach, and provide insights.
2. Develop a strong referral network of business professionals to support FCC customers with business planning and goal setting.
3. Partner with the FCC advisory team across the country to develop tools and resources for farm business management and transition.
4. Deliver presentations and content to support learning around business management and transition planning within the industry.
5. Stay updated on changes to tax, finance, and law, and continually enhance soft skills in advisory roles.
6. Coach and collaborate with FCC field teams on farm business management and succession planning issues.

What you’ll need:

An undergraduate degree in agricultural finance, business, or commerce, supplemented with advisory accreditation and at least four years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
