What new Business Analysts can expect :

The Business Analyst role is entry-level, providing exposure as a frontline change agent. Responsibilities include :

• Assisting with delivering measurable improvements and supporting process / system implementation for sustainability
• Collaborating with team members and clients to analyze data and generate insights
• Occasionally taking on coaching roles, especially with client analysts, to broaden management experience
• Excellent academic results from a top-tier university (distinction average)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including coaching, influencing, and building trust
• Passion for results
• Fluency in English
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; Power BI is advantageous
