Golf Canada is seeking a Program Manager for First Tee – Ontario to lead youth development through golf. This full-time role includes strategic planning, program management, and community outreach, fostering transformational life skills in children. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in sport management and experience in program development.

First Tee – Ontario is a youth development program governed by Golf Canada that uses golf as a platform to offer children from all backgrounds the opportunity to develop transformational life skills through sport. Golf Canada is looking for a motivated, mission driven individual to lead the programmatic operations of the First Tee – Ontario chapter.
The Program Manager, First Tee – Ontario will report directly to the Chapter Head, First Tee – Ontario and will be responsible for strategic planning, promotion and key stakeholder communication in accordance with procedures established by First Tee. Additional responsibilities include fiscal management, policy implementation and safe delivery of programming.
This opportunity will appeal to an individual who is a high achiever and looking for an opportunity to create, nurture and grow a significant program in Canadian golf.

Golf Canada’s regular hours of work are 40 hours per week, namely Monday to Friday, 8 hours a day and 5 days a week including a one-hour lunch. However, the demands of your position may require your hours of work to vary to meet the objectives of your employment. Due to the nature of this position, there may also be some travel required and the need to work some weekends.
