We are currently seeking a Business Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will participate as an active member of a functional team, applying advanced business expertise to analyze complex business problems, assess business domains, market trends, and business processes.

Typical Responsibilities

1. Business Analysis: Participate actively in a team, translating user requirements into functional specifications through documentation such as models, workflows, diagrams, and charts. Use various techniques to define current states, identify gaps, and understand emerging requirements.
2. Development: Review analysis processes, develop enhancements for service optimization, and document existing processes and organizational structures for procedure development.
3. Business Automation: Collaborate with business groups to plan, design, and implement new processes. Assess potential value, support adoption, and ensure compliance with audit and risk policies.
4. Project Management: Facilitate project approval processes, support project lifecycle stages, communicate changes, and manage stakeholder expectations.
5. Stakeholder Management: Participate in training end-users on new or modified processes.
6. Team Support: Engage in departmental meetings, provide expertise, report on assignments, and maintain professional conduct. Offer proxy coverage as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in business or relevant experience
• At least 3 years in business analysis or related roles; experience in Agile environments is a plus
• Strong understanding of project management cycles and agile delivery
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational, research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Deep knowledge of business analysis concepts, tools, and techniques
• Understanding of business functions and risk management principles
