Job Title: Training Specialist Expert

Location: 100% Remote (EST)

The bank is seeking a Training Specialist Expert to join their team on a remote, long-term contract (12 months) with potential for extension and conversion. This role involves supporting professional learning and development through delivering engaging virtual training sessions across various subjects including technical, product, sales, and behavioral training. You will collaborate with a professional team, utilizing your facilitation skills to promote a learning culture within the organization.

• Leadership & Communication: Strong interpersonal, leadership, and collaboration abilities

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate and deliver virtual training programs using national curricula
• Apply adult learning principles and varied instructional methods for maximum engagement

• Communicate clearly and diplomatically across teams and with leadership
