Skills and Responsibilities:
  • Experience in Aerospace industry, specifically handling AR management processes.
  • Proven leadership experience in managing teams.
  • Preference for candidates with end-to-end Order to Cash experience.
  • Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Spotfire, and Tableau is preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple virtual and geographically dispersed teams and clients, understanding cultural nuances.
  • Strong technological orientation and leadership in implementing new technologies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to present confidently to senior leadership.
  • Ability to manage through indirect authority and within matrix organizational structures.
  • Strong negotiation, facilitation, influencing, and consensus-building skills.
  • Experience in managing outsourced services to ensure customer satisfaction and revenue growth through client upselling.
  • Ensuring governance rigor through regular reviews with senior stakeholders.
  • Collaborate globally with business and functional leaders to develop and commercialize new product offerings.
  • Manage multiple client engagements, including operations support, process establishment, and reporting.
  • Lead initiatives to introduce breakthrough technology solutions into operations.
  • Manage operations to meet or exceed P&L expectations.
  • Leverage Lean Six Sigma frameworks to lead process improvements.
