Skills Required:

• This position requires strong mainframe engineering skills, particularly with RACF version 2.5 or 3.1.
• Experience with ACF2 version 16 is a secondary benefit.
• Additional mainframe technical support experience or in-depth knowledge of IT Security Standards (e.g., NIST, STIGs) is beneficial.
• Looking for a leader to manage legacy engineering practices and transition towards modern, automated, and simplified mainframe security solutions.

Key Accountabilities:

• Provide consultation on technology controls, information security programs, policies, standards, and incidents.
• Conduct risk assessments, define controls, and evaluate their effectiveness.
• Lead or contribute to risk and control design assessments, documenting impacts and remediation plans.
• Contribute to the development of a global security management strategy and framework.
• Ensure processes and governance are in place to monitor and respond to security threats.
• Develop technology risk reports, monitor trends, and measure control effectiveness.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate security components into enterprise architecture and address control gaps.
• Support regulatory compliance, reporting, and audit preparations.
• Participate in incident response activities and represent the security function.
