We are seeking a seasoned Senior Manager to lead and develop scalable data and advanced analytical solutions supporting our merchant partnership ecosystem. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, a strategic mindset, strong executional capabilities, and high commercial acumen.

What will you do?

  1. Implement best practices and develop new analytical solutions that generate data-driven business impacts through segmentation, modeling, and AI-based personalization.
  2. Promote a customer-centric, product-focused approach to develop meaningful insights and self-serve data products for stakeholders and partners.
  3. Lead statistical testing and experimentation from design through implementation, collaborating with stakeholders to interpret results, identify improvements, and inform business decisions.
  4. Engage with stakeholders to understand needs, build credibility with senior executives, and influence data-driven decision-making.
  5. Collaborate across functions to achieve desired outcomes within a complex, matrix organization.

What do you need to succeed?

Must have:

  • 10+ years of experience in analytics, insights, and data science.
  • Advanced proficiency in Python, SQL, and Tableau.
  • Strong knowledge of advanced analytics and applying data science to solve business challenges:
    • Experience executing statistically driven business programs.
    • Ability to work with business partners to identify needs and oversee the development and application of advanced analytics techniques like modeling and testing to generate insights and recommendations.
  • Experience productizing data insights to create self-serve analytics platforms.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Maturity to interact effectively across multiple stakeholder levels, including senior leadership.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in loyalty, agency, or consulting backgrounds preferred.
  • Experience with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, Data Bricks, or AWS.
