Seeking an associate with Masters level in Social work and / or Registered Psychotherapist to support individuals, couples or families at our virtual psychotherapy private practice. Offering therapy services to adults / families on a variety of mental health experiences, including depression, anxiety, stress management, relationship challenges. We will work with the right candidate to mentor and hone your skills. If you want to take your career as a therapist to the next level, this opportunity may be for you.Here is what we are looking for :

• A Masters level Social Worker who is registered with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Services Workers or Registered Psychotherapist
• Evidence of clinical experience as a psychotherapist providing counselling and psychotherapy with preference given to those who specialize in one of more of the following areas : Couples (from EFT perspective),Chronic pain, Athletic performance, Fertility, Pregnancy and pregnancy loss, Grief , Trauma
• The ability to build rapport with clients quickly and help them feel at ease, creating solid therapeutic relationships
• An interest in learning about the business of therapy and a willingness to work on enhancing your profile and building your own referral network to supplement the referrals we give you
• Flexibility to choose your own hours.
• A commitment to taking responsibility for adhering to professional and business ethics as an independent contractor
• The self-awareness to take care of your own mental health by attending to your own self-care and therapy
• Knowledge of the use of technology such ads Jane Practice Management Software, Microsoft Office, Google Business and other platformsQualifications :
• Masters level Social Workdegree and Registered psychotherapy qualification with current professional registration and liability insurance
• Proficiency in therapeutic approaches such as Emotionally Focused Therapy, CBT, EMDR, Internal Family Systems or Somatic experiencesWe welcome therapists who have experience in agency and community settings who are ready to move into private practice.
