About the Role
As the Operations Administrator , you will be the first point of contact for employees, visitors, and candidates at our Burnaby Headquarters. Seated at reception, you will play a key role in keeping daily operations running smoothly - from managing front desk interactions to supporting the Recruitment and Operations teams behind the scenes. You'll help ensure everything from new hire onboarding to uniform management and compliance tracking flows efficiently, making a meaningful impact on the employee and client experience. To succeed in this dynamic, people-focused setting, you'll bring exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
Duration : 12-month contract position with the possibility of extension.
