A leading financial services provider is seeking a bilingual Operations Specialist to join their Life Operations team. The role involves administrative support for life claims, member plan setup, and customer service. Ideal candidates should possess strong organizational and interpersonal skills, along with a positive attitude and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a flexible, remote work environment.
We are looking for a bilingual, highly motivated, team-oriented individual to join our Life Operations team as an Operations Specialist on a regular, full-time basis.
Reporting to the Associate Manager, SISIP Life Insurance Services, Manulife, you will be responsible for email support, member plan set-up, processing requests, administration of existing business, financial adjustments/calculations, billing of premiums, and policyholder support, as required.
