Customer Support Expert

As a customer support expert at AO Globe Life, you will be at the forefront of our company's commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

You will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience with our products or services.

The role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a genuine desire to help others.

What you'll be doing
  1. Answer inbound calls from customers in a timely and courteous manner
  2. Handle a high volume of customer interactions while maintaining a positive attitude
  3. Document customer interactions and update customer records in our system
  4. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and quality standards
  5. Continuously improve your product knowledge and customer service skills through training
What we're looking for
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Proficiency in English, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet deadlines
  • Comfortable with using various computer programs and applications
