Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Assess client needs and recommend suitable insurance products.
  • Provide ongoing support, help clients understand coverage, and assist with claims or policy updates.
  • Collaborate with the team to meet sales and satisfaction goals.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and new products to serve clients better.
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience in Customer Service: Proven track record of exceptional service, problem-solving, and relationship building.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Effective in both written and verbal communication.
