Can you facilitate a creative and inspiring collaboration with ambitious clients while managing a dynamic team of digital specialists to successfully drive projects?

Our fast-growing team in Montreal is now looking for a dedicated Project Lead to join our client team . You will be an important point of contact for our clients, and with a strategic mindset, your great communication skills and structure, you will guide them through our project cycle from start to finish. You will be managing cross-geographical project teams with specialists from our offices in both Copenhagen, London, Toronto, and Montreal, and you will be playing an important role in establishing successful scalable projects - both locally and internationally.

You must find strategies, solutions, and processes that strengthen our service offerings, create excellent client experiences and align with our agency profile as being an honest, engaged and innovative digital partner.

What you’ll be doing

Manage budgets and oversee projects from start to finish , ensuring timely, high-impact delivery without compromising quality.

Create seamless project plans , managing scope, budgets, timelines, and dependencies like a pro.

You manage and prioritize the project backlog , ensuring tasks are clearly defined, well-structured, and aligned with business goals.

Balance priorities effectively , making sure the most impactful tasks are tackled first while keeping the team focused and efficient.

Keep teams motivated and aligned —work closely with designers, developers, growth marketers, and strategists to bring visions to life.

Anticipate and solve problems before they escalate , keeping projects on track and minimizing risks.

Execute digital strategy , advising clients on innovative solutions that drive their business forward.

Manage stakeholder relationships effectively , ensuring alignment, clear communication, and client satisfaction.

Optimize processes and workflows , constantly looking for ways to improve efficiency, make space for creativity and project success.

You have a deep expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Hybrid).

You have deep business understanding , allowing you to suggest strategic improvements tailored to different industries.

You have excellent communication skills in English & French , both written and spoken.

You have the ability to think strategically , advising clients on needs and opportunities they haven’t considered yet.
