We’re currently seeking a highly motivated and analytical Senior Financial Analyst to join a dynamic finance team within a leading manufacturing environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a CPA-enrolled professional—especially someone coming from a Big 4 background—looking to deepen their analytical skills, grow within a high-performing team, and gain exposure to the full cycle of financial reporting and analysis.

Key Responsibilities :

• Analyze and validate financial data to ensure integrity and accuracy
• Assist in month-end and year-end close processes
• Prepare and review financial reports, forecasts, and variance analysis
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve reporting accuracy and financial transparency
• Identify process improvements and support implementation of best practices
• Provide ad hoc reporting and analysis to senior leadership

Qualifications :

• CPA designation in progress (ideally close to completion)
• At least 4 years of experience in a financial analyst or accounting role
• Big 4 experience preferred
• Prior exposure to manufacturing or manufacturing clients is preferred
• Strong Excel skills; experience with ERP systems is an asset
• Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical mindset
• Demonstrated initiative and a willingness to learn—especially during the first year, which will involve steep learning and onboarding
