Job Title: Health and Safety Manager

We are seeking a dedicated Health and Safety Manager to oversee and coordinate safety initiatives within our organization.

1. Assign projects to subordinates and staff related to work safety, environmental safety, and accident prevention.
2. Direct staff and evaluate daily operations.
3. Motivate staff and plan and organize daily activities.
4. Provide information and training to employers, employees, and the general public.
5. Review HR directives to ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
6. Train staff and establish policies and procedures.
7. Inspect workplaces for safety or health hazards and spills of hazardous chemicals or products.
8. Investigate workplace accidents or illnesses.
9. Develop and implement health and safety plans and programs.
10. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
11. Liaise with management, union officials, and HR consultants.
12. Conduct coaching and evaluate work environments, programs, and procedures to control, eliminate, and prevent disease or injury.
13. Plan and evaluate safety programs.
