Tasks

1. Bring clean dishes, flatware, and other items to serving areas and set tables
2. Carry and replace linen
3. Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs
4. Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware
5. Scour pots and pans
6. Keep records of the quantities of food used
7. Package take-out food
8. Portion and wrap foods
9. Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items
10. Serve customers at counters or buffet tables
11. Stock refrigerators and salad bars
12. Take customers' orders
13. Clean and sanitize kitchen including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment
14. Handle and store cleaning products
15. Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas
