Job description

Arrow Workforce Solutions is currently hiring for a First Aid Attendant to join one of the clients located in Montreal-Nord, QC. We offer full-time hours as per business needs and a friendly work environment.

Location : Montreal-Nord, QC

Shifts Available :

  • Morning Shift - 8 AM to 4 PM

Pay Rate : CA$21.75 per hour

Responsibilities and Duties :

  • Provide first aid assistance and refer employees to external medical providers when necessary.
  • Reduce the risk of employee injuries through education, awareness, and proactive engagement.
  • Keep accurate records of all medical care provided to employees.
  • Maintain daily activity logs and submit end-of-shift reports.
  • Ensure a clean and organized workspace while managing medical supply inventory.
  • Participate in training and certification programs to conduct first aid, CPR, and AED classes.
  • Keep all first aid, CPR, and AED certifications up to date.
  • Work flexible shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Deliver effective care during emergencies and support on-site emergency response efforts.

Qualifications

  • High School or equivalent diploma
  • Must be Bilingual (English and French)
  • Valid card evidencing successful completion of the Standard First Aid with CPR / AED level A or C from any accredited Canadian certifying authority in Quebec
  • Certified to teach first aid, CPR, and AED training from the Canadian Red Cross is preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Experience with an industrial wellness program is preferred
  • Experience managing musculoskeletal disorders, ergonomics, and coaching on body mechanics is preferred
  • Demonstrated work experience with CNESST, OSHA regulations, and Workers Compensation is preferred
